Description

DOT Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training

If your company operates vehicles that require a CDL on public roads and employs more than one person, you are required to complete DOT Supervisor Training.

DOT Supervisor Training for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Awareness and Reasonable Suspicion is a federal requirement for all supervisors of personnel in DOT-regulated companies, as mandated by FMCSA regulation 49 CFR Part 382.603.

This program satisfies the required two (2) hours of DOT supervisor training on drug and alcohol awareness. It also goes further by covering proper procedures and documentation for conducting Reasonable Suspicion determinations. Supervisors who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Training for their personnel files. The two (2) hour live workshop is designed to equip supervisors with practical knowledge they can apply immediately.

Registration deadline is 5PM July 2, 2026.
